Created in May 2008, the Distribution Board of Officers has as goals the unio of management, reducing operational costs and incorporate strategic planning of the distribution companies of Eletrobras, enabling gains in scale and optimization of efforts. Eletrobras Amazonas Energia, Eletrobras Distribution Piauí, Eletrobras Distribution Alagoas, Eletrobras Distribution Roraima, Eletrobras Distribution Acre and Eletrobras Distribution Rondônia are under the management of the Board of Officers, which has a team of highly qualified officers, for, by means of the holding, contributing with their expertise and reputation for the efficiency and growth of each one of these six companies.
